Location Manager

Position: Grain Location Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic  Grain Location Manager to oversee a high-performing branch. This role will involve managing a team of 12-15 direct reports and approximately 120 total employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, closing deals, and driving overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the location, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
• Manage and guide a team of 12-15 direct reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure sales objectives are met.
• Maintain responsibility for the location’s performance, including operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the location, ensuring all team members work towards common goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers throughout all seasons.
• Experience as a Location Manager is preferred, though Sales Managers with relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both operations and sales functions.
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment and ensure smooth operations across departments.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $80k-100k
• Potential for an annual bonus
