Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lockbox Processor/Document Scanner to join our team. This role involves operating Falcon machines to scan and process work while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Candidates will be cross-trained on both prepper and scanner tasks.
Responsibilities:
Operate Falcon machine to scan documents with high accuracy
Review scanned work to verify data integrity and completeness
Perform prepper tasks including sorting and organizing documents prior to scanning
Maintain quality control standards throughout the process
Follow established procedures and meet production deadlines
Work independently and remain focused during overnight shifts
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work the overnight shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday)
Dependable with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
Previous experience in document processing, data entry, or machine operation preferred (not required; training provided)
