Schedule: Multiple dates, including September 4-6; October 7; October 11-14, 18-21, 24-29 (PM shift, 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.)
Shift: 10 hours (PM shift)
Hours/Week: Varies per schedule

Licenses/Certifications: CA license required; ACLS, ATLS, PALS preferred
Experience: Trauma/Critical Care experience preferred; surgical assist verifications required for assisting roles

What Youll Do
Take patient histories, conduct physical exams, and develop diagnoses
Review and revise treatment plans following state and federal guidelines
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Recognize urgent situations and initiate life-saving procedures
Counsel patients on health management, medications, and lifestyle
Assist with admissions, maintain accurate medical records, and coordinate patient care
Support trauma surgeries as a surgical first or second assist with documented training or proven competence
Assist in robotic surgeries as a bedside assistant in accordance with certification requirements
What You Need
Required:
CA license (or eligible)
Experience in trauma or critical care settings
Ability to support trauma services with surgical assistance training/documentation
Preferred:
Certification in trauma or surgery-based skills
Prior experience in Level II trauma centers or emergency care

Join a busy Level II Trauma Center that handles approximately 20-25 ICU trauma patients daily. As part of a skilled team, you'll provide essential trauma and emergency care, supporting one trauma surgeon and managing patient flow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
