This position is being recruited in support of a proposal and is contingent upon contract award.

The Logistics Analyst / Supply Systems Analyst requires knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships to conduct studies, reviews and investigations.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzes transactions/data to determine problem areas
  • Determines the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions
  • Provide the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations
  • Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems
  • Research potential functional problem areas
  • Perform as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communications and responding to information pertaining to WMS
  • Identify workload trends and proactively identify potential issues
  • Perform all other duties as required

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of three years of experience within the last five years using Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent software systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Management Systems.

  • Knowledge of military supply chain processes and inventory practices.

  • This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).

  • Eligibility for a government CAC and Secret Security Clearance (if required)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business Administration from a four-year institution

  • Proficient in teamwork, communication, presentation, and negotiation

  • Skilled in planning, managing, and completing projects

  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities

  • Knowledgeable about aerospace and defense supply chains
