Job Description: Seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst with a strong background in international logistics, import/export operations, customs documentation, and trade compliance. The ideal candidate will coordinate international shipments, ensure accurate customs filings, and work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to facilitate timely and compliant movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate import entries and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Review and validate commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, HTS codes, customs valuations, and country-of-origin declarations.
• Audit customs entry summaries, including CBP Form 7501, to verify duties, taxes, tariffs, and applicable regulatory fees.
• Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI).
• Ensure accurate Schedule B and ECCN classifications and manage Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through AES/ACE, including obtaining Internal Transaction Numbers (ITNs).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers for international shipment bookings, export clearances, and shipment tracking.
• Audit freight invoices, resolve shipping discrepancies, and address operational issues to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready import/export records in accordance with applicable regulatory recordkeeping requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 5 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations, trade compliance, materials, or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with customs documentation, international shipping, and import/export processes.
• Knowledge of HTS codes, ECCN, Schedule B, CBP Form 7501, AES/ACE filings, and ITNs.
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international carriers.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, medical device, automotive, aerospace, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with global supply chain operations and international freight invoice auditing.

Pay Scale: $35-40/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
