Logistics Analyst

Payrate: $25.00 - $26.00/hr
 
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Monitor WIP dashboards to proactively identify and mitigate shipment risks, improving on-time delivery and reducing aging backlog.
• Drive resolution of failed, at-risk, and HOT shipments through rapid escalation and end-to-end visibility, minimizing customer impact and downtime.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to remove process barriers, accelerate issue resolution, and enhance supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor machine and work tool systematic movements to identify and resolve transaction, inventory, and shipment exceptions.
• Track, escalate, and coordinate resolution of at-risk and priority (HOT) shipments to meet customer commitments.
• Partner with logistics, warehouse, transportation, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Drive data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement across movement and case management processes

• Years of experience: 2 years of experience
• Degree requirement: HS Diploma/GED Required, Associates Degree preferred (1 year experience required with degree).

 Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
