This role is critical to keeping our engineering, maintenance, service, and operations teams moving — with inventory that's organized, accessible, and flowing efficiently across facilities including our fleet operations site.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management

    • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting, audits, and system updates
    • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, investigate variances, and support inventory adjustments
    • Track inbound and outbound materials using inventory systems (MES/ERP or similar)
    • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of parts and materials
    • Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies proactively
    • Support service parts inventory and replenishment needs

    Part Running / Internal Support

    • Deliver parts and materials to engineering, maintenance, and operations teams as needed
    • Support urgent part requests and prioritize time-sensitive deliveries
    • Assist maintenance teams by staging and delivering service parts

Shipping & Receiving — Including Grid Operations

    • Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against packing lists and purchase orders
    • Prepare outbound shipments including packaging, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup
    • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials
    • Maintain shipping and receiving documentation accuracy
    • Cover shipping and receiving operations at our Grid facility as needed, ensuring continuity across sites

    Equipment & Safety

    • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    • Follow all safety, inventory control, and compliance procedures

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or operations preferred
    • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
    • Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
    • Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and staging materials
    • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
    • Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods

The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $35–$40/hr. Pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include additional components depending on the role.
