Duties:
- We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs.
- In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and moved efficiently to support our production and shipping goals. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, this is the spot for you.
Skills:
- Material Movement: Efficiently load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure system accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and prepare outgoing goods with proper documentation.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards) and operate all equipment according to safety protocols.
Education:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus (we can also provide training).
