Logistics Associate

Our client in Greensboro, NC is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Associate to join their warehouse team. This Temp-to-Hire role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling paperwork, processing orders through the system, utilizing Microsoft Excel, and maintaining an efficient workspace. This is a 1st shift opportunity (7:30am-4:00pm), with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Accurately enter and track orders in the system
• Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and documented
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Communicate with warehouse staff and carriers to ensure timely shipments
• Utilize Excel for tracking shipments and inventory 
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for shipping operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling paperwork and managing orders through a system
• Experience with Excel and BOL creation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
