Position Summary

As a key member of our logistics team, you will:

• Manage inbound logistics, dock to dock inventory, and outbound logistics.
• Interface with the legacy inventory control system to quote customer equipment.
• Stay updated on PSI Program changes and comply with Anexo 24 and Article 303.
• Communicate continuously with the U.S. Warehouse and Shipping department.
• Coordinate with Freight Companies for timely shipment pickups.
• Update PSI database with parts costs information.
• Maintain daily reports on all import/export movements.
• Ensure strict control on Truck Safety Seals and follow C-TPAT requirements.
• Prepare Imported and Exported Equipment Reports for accounting needs.
• Inspect products based on quality checklists and record inventory transactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding routine written procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team to achieve objectives.

Preferences

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Logistics knowledge or experience preferred.
