What You'll Do

• Process outbound shipment paperwork (BOL's)
• Verify shipping documents, packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier information
• Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders
• Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and transportation data- Ship Log
• Create and distribute shipping documents, labels, and reports
• File and organize logistics records in accordance with company procedures
• Communicate with carriers and internal departments regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
• Ensure all shipping documentation complies with customer and regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

What You'll Need

• Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred- SAP
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Your Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree preferred
