Logistics Coordinator

Our stable, long-established company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to assist with the supply chain management with vendors and government entities. The Logistics Coordinator will monitor transportation within their supply chain in accordance with government laws and regulations. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Support Project and Program Managers with their various accounts and customers by monitoring the flow of goods
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries on supply chain details and related operations
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
• Prepare Sales support for any contract invoicing and deliveries
• Support administrative tasks as needed

The qualified Contract Coordinator will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Detailed-oriented and hard working mentality; team player who is willing to help out when needed or engage in other responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Independent contributor who takes ownership of their work product
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow professional skills
