Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Post-Training Shift: Starting at 6:00 AM

Training Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and accurately picking and packing customer orders. This position is essential to ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high-quality order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate cherry picker equipment to retrieve, move, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring all items are correct and properly documented.
• Manage inventory control activities, including cycle counting and updating inventory records in warehouse systems.
• Use warehouse tools such as pallet jacks to facilitate order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining safe workspace areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate warehouse tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, and stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a cherry picker.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory control, order picking, and packing processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, reach throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills and understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM after completing training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cherry picker certification or willingness to earn certification during training.
• Experience with cycle counting and updating inventory records.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

This role involves working in a warehouse environment with potential safety hazards. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift is necessary.
