Logistics Coordinator

Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire

Compensation: $18-20/hr

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments to ensure alignment with purchase order timelines and logistics requirements.
• Track vessel schedules, transit times, shipment delays, container pickups, and other key milestones.
• Communicate shipment status and updates to internal teams.
• Manage routing exceptions, scheduling changes, carrier adjustments, and other shipment issues.
• Support timely completion of ISF and Customs documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment information within internal logistics systems.
• Escalate transit delays, missed cutoffs, and vendor compliance issues to management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, scheduling, or transportation coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with the Questto web platform.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
