Position:

Logistics Coordinator (Job Code: 176859)

Duties: Responsible for supporting the operations team in defining project scopes and articulating the actions needed to execute it; identify, evaluate, and define project needs and scopes; schedule and attend project meetings, capturing and publishing notes and actions; document project activities and keep project trackers and calendars up to date; track and coordinate project KPIs; provide support with project budget and resource management; utilize and apply knowledge of SAP ERP, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Logistics/Inventory coordination, SQL, RFQ analysis, Data analysis, Project Management, Supplier negotiations, Materials/strategic sourcing management, and Tactical/Operations planning procedures to complete assigned tasks; initiate and drive communication with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track; coordinate change management by ensuring new processes are documented and stored in a shared location; optimize supply chain operations by analyzing data trends and overseeing inventory levels; develop and maintain a comprehensive logistics dashboard; streamline supply chain operations with real-time insights; handle end-to-end claims management processes, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction; and resolve account receivable short pay issues by analyzing customer payment trends and identifying route case issues to be addressed.

Location: Southfield, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;

Salary: $86,944 per year;

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelors - Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Training: None;

Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Logistics Analyst, as a Business Logistics Specialist, as a Senior Engineer, as an Assistant Procurement Manager, or in a related occupation;

Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: SAP ERP, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Logistics/Inventory coordination, SQL, RFQ analysis, Data analysis, Project Management, Supplier negotiations, Materials/strategic sourcing management, and Tactical/Operations planning procedures.

Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
