About the Role:
Surfaceone Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in Azusa, CA! In this role, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our logistics operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of service. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments, orders, and delivery status
• Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
• Track and trace shipments, proactively communicating updates and resolving delays
• Process customer orders, returns, and freight claims accurately in the system
• Maintain and update customer records, shipping documentation, and logistics data
• Identify and escalate service issues, working cross-functionally to implement solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, professional communication

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, freight, or supply chain preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with logistics software, TMS platforms, or order management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
