Salary Range: $61,500 – $75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Standard)

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, "boots-on-the-ground" Inbound Supervisor to lead our receiving and returns team of approximately 10 employees. In this role, you will keep our loading docks clear, make sure shipments are processed quickly and accurately, and work side-by-side with your team to handle active lifestyle products like apparel, footwear, and outdoor gear.

This is a fast-paced role for a supervisor who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump on a forklift or pallet jack when needed, and lead by example to keep our warehouse running smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Team: Direct, train, and cross-train a tight-knit team of 10 employees across the receiving and returns departments.

• Manage Dock Operations: Ensure all incoming shipments are processed on time according to customer agreements, and keep the receiving docks completely organized and clear.

• Maintain Accuracy: Catch and fix inventory or sorting errors immediately so received items are correctly entered into the system and ready for fulfillment.

• Plan Labor & Tasks: Organize daily labor requirements, handle multi-SKU carton repackaging, and communicate with other shifts to ensure smooth handoffs.

• Enforce Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, correcting hazards on the spot.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing or leading a warehouse receiving department.

• Equipment & Tech Skills: Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, lifts) and proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Outlook.

• Work Ethic: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work comfortably in changing warehouse temperatures.

• Industry Availability: Must be fully committed to working extended hours during our peak holiday rush.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus but not required.

• Education: A degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus but not required.
