    • Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to improve cost and transit times

    • Analyze transportation spend and lead vendor negotiations to reduce landed costs

    • Optimize freight consolidation, container utilization, and port strategy

    • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams across all U.S. locations

    • Develop SOPs and reporting tools to increase visibility and control across the freight lifecycle

    What Were Looking For:

    • 10+ years of experience in logistics, freight, and customs management, preferably within the building materials or home goods sector

    • Deep knowledge of international shipping, U.S. customs regulations, and drayage from major East Coast ports

    • Proven ability to negotiate freight contracts and reduce logistics costs without sacrificing service

    • Strong systems orientation; experience with TMS and ERP platforms

    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume import environment

    Why Join:

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a company investing heavily in operational efficiency.
