Logistics Manager

About the Role

As our Logistics Manager, you will oversee our delivery driver team, ensuring that every batch of donuts are delivered timely and reliably. You will balance efficiency with care, building systems to improve training and timely deliveries, support delivery drivers, and strengthen vendor relationships. We believe strong operations create opportunities for advancement for the whole team, and you will play a central part in making that happen. Ideal schedule for this position would be 5am to 12pm Monday through Friday with willingness to be flexible and manage a team of drivers with varying work schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor deliveries and schedule/train drivers
• Build and maintain dependable relationships with suppliers and delivery partners.
• Communicate with bakery and front-of-house teams to address any concerns.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and improve training.
• Mentor and support staff, creating opportunities for advancement through training and cross-functional learning.
• Respond calmly to disruptions such as delayed deliveries or seasonal demand spikes.
• Communicate staffing needs
