A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS COORDINATORAs a Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting the movement of Kobelco equipment and ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. Working closely with Sales, dealers, carriers, and external transportation partners, you coordinate equipment shipments, inbound inventory, and distribution activities. Your contribution is critical in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and responsive dealer support.Using your organizational and communication skills, you coordinate transportation, track equipment movements, and maintain accurate inventory records. Staying organized, you prepare shipping documentation, maintain inventory and freight reports, and process operational expenses through SAP. Working with internal teams and external partners, you help resolve logistics challenges, maintain inventory accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
