Logistics Operative

One of our flagship contracts is with the Ministry of Defence at a major base near Watford - a complex high-profile environment where we provide a full range of hard soft and technical FM services. We currently have a great opportunity to join our Logistics Department for a Logistics Operative to assist in the delivery of a stores service on site - which includes Stores Mail & Scanning and Site Services . As the Logistics Operative you will Receive issue and deliver items of stores in a courteous and professional manner. Receive and sort all external mail Deliver all external and internal mail to internal postal points. Provide EOD Scanning Services in support of all departmental work groups. Ensure all mail and private parcels are handled in accordance with the relevant regulations. Account for items of stores on the MOD MJDI system. Carry out filing of all auditable documentation as directed by the Line Manager. We are looking for A good sound knowledge of StoresMail accounting procedures. Proven record of good customer service Good Health & Safety knowledge and attention to detail. Driving Experience. Cat B Licence Desirable.
