This role is focused on reverse logistics/returns logistics for Home Depot and e-commerce operations
1-3 years of experience
BS degree is required
High school diploma/GED accepted only if the candidate has 10+ years of directly related experience.
SAP is plus
Ideal- coming with reverse/return logistics experience
Someone with logistics experience can also work not necessary in reverse/return experience
Day to day:
Will cover return side of the business
We do have the returns from the Home Depot or our e-commerce operation.
This person has to manage the reverse logistics process from Return Authorization (RA) creation to Goods Receipt (GR) in the warehouse.Daily Activities involve:- Trace and follow up on open Return Authorization (RAs.)
- Identify and resolve transaction issues.
- Escalate issues and collaborate with other business groups (e-commerce, transportation, warehouse) and 3PLs/carriers.
- Summarize progress and report to management.
- Some interaction with carriers, 3PLs
