- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic statistical analysis.

- Professional work ethic, motivation, and commitment to continuous development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track shipments from initiation to completion, maintaining accurate system records.
- Book carriers and arrange shipment pickups and deliveries.
- Support cargo claims through documentation, customer communication, and issue resolution.
- Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
