You'll work closely with vendors, carriers, engineers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems, parts, and equipment arrive where they need to be-on time and ready for the next stage of the process.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving logistical challenges, coordinating multiple moving pieces, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. No two days are exactly the same, and your work will directly support healthcare providers across the country.What You'll DoCoordinate logistics for system purchases, deinstall projects, and equipment transportationSchedule carriers, rigging services, forklifts, and other resources needed for equipment movesTrack inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentationCreate purchase orders and manage shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and receiving recordsPartner with warehouse and operations teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing equipmentMaintain inventory and logistics records within company systemsAssist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and shipment investigationsResolve shipping delays, damages, and documentation issuesSupport warehouse space planning and equipment staging activitiesCreate and maintain work instructions and quality documentation while supporting ISO 13485 complianceIdentify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiencyWhat You'll BringRequired3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, supply chain, or warehouse operationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments and with external vendorsProficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or inventory management systemsNice to HaveExperience coordinating freight, rigging, or oversized equipment shipmentsExperience in medical equipment, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environmentsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related fieldForklift certification or familiarity with warehouse operationsWhy Join UsAt Tri Imaging Solutions, our mission is simple: keep life‑saving imaging technology running at its best.
