Pay Range: $35/hr - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from shipment through final delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end transportation operations.
- Perform in-transit check-and-trace activities.
- Verify Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Reconcile potential short pays on customer invoices.
- Manage 3PLs, 4PLs, and trucking vendors.
- Manage operational and vendor performance.
- Track and manage KPIs.
- Prepare reports and analyze transportation data.
- Work with raw data and create summaries, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - Logistics and transportation experience preferred.
- U.S. ground transportation experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
- Order management experience.
- Vendor management experience.
- KPI management and reporting experience.
- Ability to work with large amounts of raw data.
- Excel skills, including pivot tables, summaries, charts, and graphs.
- Experience with logistics systems and automation preferred.
- Candidates should be open-minded and willing to learn new automation technologies.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Accounting / Industry Knowledge
- Logistics and transportation industry knowledge preferred.
- Ground transportation experience preferred.
- Experience with 3PLs, 4PLs, and trucking vendors is beneficial.
- Knowledge of transportation operations, POD verification, invoice reconciliation, and short-pay reconciliation is helpful.

- Microsoft Excel
- DMS/WMS experience preferred.
- Experience with automation systems preferred.
