The Logistics & Storage Project Manager owns end-to-end receipt, verification, and put-away of semiconductor manufacturing tools, subsystems, and related materials. You ensure high-value, ESD- and contamination-sensitive shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in line with customer, OEM, and site quality requirements.
Plan and coordinate inbound shipments (ocean, air, truck, courier) for semiconductor tools, modules, spares, and consumables; schedule dock appointments and prioritize urgent/installation-critical freight
Oversee unloading, inspection, piece-count, and damage checks for crated and heavy equipment, including verification of serial numbers, part numbers, revision levels, and configurations against POs and packing docs
Enforce ESD, clean packaging, and handling protocols for tools and sensitive components
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to manage delays, holds, and claims
Manage holds for damaged, incomplete, or nonconforming receipts; drive RMA and claim packages with supporting photos and documentation
Maintain chain-of-custody for high-value assets and support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with Tooling, Facilities, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality to optimize dock-to-stock and dock-to-install flow
3+ years warehouse/logistics experience, preferably inbound coordination or receiving
Experience with high-value, fragile, or regulated freight (capital equipment, industrial machinery, or electronics preferred)
