    Description

    In this role, you will impact the supply chain effectiveness by optimizing logistics processes, improving delivery performance, and supporting operational goals that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Experience in logistics supervision or related supply chain functions with a strong understanding of transportation and warehouse operations.
    • Knowledge of logistics management systems and tools to monitor and optimize logistics processes effectively.
    • Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet delivery and operational goals.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges and implement corrective actions.

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
    • Continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

    • Supervise daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to optimize delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues.
    • Monitor compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards in all logistics activities.
    • Lead and develop the logistics team to improve performance and operational efficiency.
    • Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
