• Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift (5/40 Schedule)

As a Warehouse Support professional, you'll be an essential part of the logistics operation that keeps aerospace manufacturing and customer deliveries running smoothly. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to manage shipping and inventory processes will directly contribute to operational success and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Shipping & Logistics Operations

• Prepare products and materials for shipment to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Process domestic and international shipments using SAP and customer shipping portals.
• Generate Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and shipping documentation.
• Create pick tickets and Certificates of Conformance (C of C) for quality review and approval.
• Produce shipping and serial number labels utilizing FedEx Ship Manager and Label Matrix.
• Package and stage materials to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.

Inventory & Material Handling

• Stock materials and process work orders to support production and shipping requirements.
• Conduct manual inventory counts and scanning activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Move materials safely throughout the facility using forklifts, hand trucks, dollies, and other material-handling equipment.
• Support physical inventory and inventory control initiatives.

Safety & Operational Excellence

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves, workstations, pallet locations, and walkways.
• Cross-train across logistics functions to support team success and operational flexibility.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and accountability.

Required Qualifications

You Must Have:

• High School Diploma, AA/AS degree, or other two-year post-high school training.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, material handling, or a similar environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience operating or willingness to learn to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with FedEx Ship Manager, Label Matrix, or comparable shipping software.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse inventory systems.
• Strong process discipline and ability to follow established procedures.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or other regulated industries.
• Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple logistics functions as business needs evolve.
