Job Title – Logistics Warehouse OperatorFood Distribution & Cold Chain WarehouseCompany Location – Fullerton, CAFully On-site, No RemoteTemp-to-hirePay $21-23hr.Schedule: 40 hours/ week, Monday-Friday w/ OTFlexibility to work varying hours, including nights may be required, as necessary.Job Summary of the Logistics Warehouse Operator positionIntegr8staff seeks a Logistics Warehouse Operator with the primary responsibility of shipping and receiving of freight traveling to customer destinations.Responsibilities of the Logistics Warehouse Operator positionFollow all Company and Department safety proceduresReceive freight by following all department and account proceduresReceive freight in professional and prudent mannerWrite-up inspection reports for all compromised freightTake pictures of all compromise freightCube-out and stage all income freight correctlyReceive freight and complete document in a reasonable timeWork with Supervisor and others in a professional and respectable mannerFollow shipping and container report loading and safety procedureCheck and inspect freight before loadingCube-out and utilize container to its fullnessWork with other employees in a Team ConceptWork with Supervisor and Co-Workers in any load decision in respectable mannerTurn in a daily report at the end of shiftComplete loading task in time allowedAttend all daily start-up meetingsCheck forklifts dailyUtilize the forklift to load and unload containersGive accurate information on department activity reportMaintain a clean, debris-free work areaAbility to use hand-held instrument for receiving and loadingRequirements of the Logistics Warehouse Operator position High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Six months’ related experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Forklift Certification – Company CertifiedHazardous Handling Certification- Company CertifiedThis position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Updated resume is required for consideration.  Only Local candidates will be considered- Position does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
