Schedule: Floating Shift 3*12s 36hours/week
Location: 150 Highland Ave, Rochester, NY 14620
Shift: Rotating Days/Eves/Nights (D/E/N)
Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, On-Call, Callback & Charge per unit needs
Experience: Minimum 2 years LTC experience
License: Active NYS LPN License required
Certifications: AHA BLS required (only)
Locals: Accepted
Patient Population: Geriatric / Long-Term Care residents
Patient Ratios:
RN: 1:20 residents
LPN: 1:8–10 residents
CNA: 1:4–6 residents
Clinical Skills: Medication Administration, Wound Care, Direct Patient Care, CNA Oversight, Independent Clinical Judgment.
Facility: No acute care patients; no tracheostomies.
Requirements: Strong critical thinking, ability to work independently, and compassionate resident care.
