Pay Range: $26 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Confirm eligibility and validate events for reporting upon receipt of new case assignments
- Review historical events to determine if trend analysis is required
- Maintain internal documentation regarding the investigation process status
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators throughout the investigation process
- Evaluate open cases for potential closure based on established criteria
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 2+ years of experience and knowledge of waiver processes
- Clinical background with case management experience
- Knowledge of waiver experience
- Nice to have: Background in Nursing, Social Work, or Case Management
- Preferred: Licensure as a Nurse and/or Social Worker
