SCHEDULE: Daily, beginning Mid-November 2026 SALARY: Per the NEA Agreement

JOB DESCRIPTION

• High school math teacher instructing Geometry and Pre-Calculus
• Flexible and capable teaching mathematics to highly-motivated students
• Collaborator with Professional Learning Community to help support common practices and opportunities for all students.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Education/Certification

• Math (EX) Major certification/endorsement required
• Valid Michigan secondary teacher certificate
• Demonstrated skill in addressing both academic and behavioral needs of students in grades 9-12
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students, parents, and staff
• Demonstrates innovative usage of technology and collaborative learning strategies to engage students
• Knowledge of and ability to differentiate instruction Preferred Experience
• Experience teaching Geometry
• Experience teaching Pre-Calculus
