We are looking for caregiver for a new case in Stratford CT. The shift is 10AM to 2 PM Monday - Thursday ( 4 days per week 4 hours per day, patient has been approved for 5 hours daily but for now they want only 4 hours daily)
Assistance with meal prep, HMK, supervision with bathing, and assistance with dressing lower body, med prompting and just overall going out for walks.
