Our Chapman BMW on Camelback location is hiring a Lot Attendant to support our sales team, contribute to exceptional customer experiences, and help maintain dealership presentation standards. This entry-level position is a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Keep new vehicle lots neat, organized, and maintained to dealership display standards
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready
- Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed
- Create and install key tags, buyer guides, and stock tags
- Move vehicles between service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
- Prepare display vehicles for customer viewings and test drives
- Maintain a positive dealership appearance that enhances the customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience is not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional attitude, and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Must have valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
