Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 12pm-8pm | 40-hour workweek
Pay: $15/hour

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback location is hiring a Lot Attendant to support our sales team, contribute to exceptional customer experiences, and help maintain dealership presentation standards. This entry-level position is a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Keep new vehicle lots neat, organized, and maintained to dealership display standards
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready
• Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed
• Create and install key tags, buyer guides, and stock tags
• Move vehicles between service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
• Prepare display vehicles for customer viewings and test drives
• Maintain a positive dealership appearance that enhances the customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience is not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional attitude, and strong teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
