We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and licensed mental health professional to provide high-quality clinical services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Overview
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach to care. You will work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support holistic, ethical, and effective treatment planning.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on client needs and licensure scope.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
Collaborate with other providers, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care.
Complete risk assessments and respond appropriately to safety concerns.
Maintain ethical, professional, and culturally responsive practice at all times.
Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development as required.
Qualifications
Current and active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, as applicable to the position.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
Experience providing clinical mental health services in an outpatient, community, private practice, or similar setting.
Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a team.
Familiarity with clinical documentation, confidentiality standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
