Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 19‑year‑old male child. What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Perform g-tube care/feedings/aspiration precautions
• Monitor seizures
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

What You'll Need

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
