We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Assist with patient assessments and evaluations
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Assist with patient care plans and treatment goals
• Provide patient education and support

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
