Location: NY 14456
Pay: $1,063 – $1,204/week
Schedule: Full-time, 5 x 8-hour day or night shifts; EOW and holiday coverage required
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents under RN supervision
Collect and communicate resident data to the interdisciplinary team
Assist in creating, implementing, and updating age-appropriate and culturally relevant care plans
Maintain resident safety, follow policies, and adhere to infection control standards
Participate in staff mentoring/orientation and continuing education
NY LPN Licensure (Required)
BLS certification (AHA or RQI)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience in a long-term care setting
Knowledge of adult and geriatric care
