Schedule: 0700pm - 7:30am (Every other weekend)
Job Description:
- As a continuing care LPN with Client, providing top-notch patient care is paramount.
- Under the direction of an RN, mid-level Provider, or Physician, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Collects and monitors assessment data and reports physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs of patients and families in coordination with and as delineated by the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician.

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associated Degree in Nursing Preferred.
- Completion of an approved nursing program - Required.
Requirements:
- MI State LPN license.
- BLS AHA or ARC.
