```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist with medical procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and specimen collection.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform case management duties, including coordinating referrals and follow-up care.
- Provide occupational health services, including physical examinations and health assessments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health promotion programs.
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations.

- Valid LPN license in the state of [Location].
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as Athenahealth.
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards and practices.
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices.
- Experience in occupational health is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and health assessments.
- Basic life support certification required.
- Knowledge of coding systems (e.g., ICD-10) is desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
