SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Administer medications, treatments, dressings, and other nursing services
• Observe, evaluate, and record symptoms
• Provide information to family and physicians

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• VA LPN license in good standing
• Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and/or intellectual disabilities
• Current CPR, physical, PPD/chest x-ray
