Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
Communicate changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician
Assist with resident care and activities of daily living as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Provide compassionate care and support to residents and families
Qualifications
Active Florida LPN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
