$40 - $45/hr. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Nursing Home setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform resident assessments, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide wound care and dressing changes as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Develop, implement, and update resident care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care.
- Supervise and provide direction to CNAs and other nursing staff as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
- Follow infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
Requirements:- Active LPN license required.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) / Nursing Home exp. preferred.
- PointClickCare (PCC) charting experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM).
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
- OT may be available based on facility needs.
