Job Type: Contract – 8 Weeks
Shift & Schedule:
Variable Night Shift – 12 Hour Shifts
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
36/48 Hours Weekly
Rotating Schedule with Every Other Weekend Required

About the Role:
Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing environment caring for residents with complex medical needs.
Unit Details:
LTC and Skilled Nursing Units
LTAC unit with trachs, vents, peg tubes, and rehabilitation patients
Matrix Charting System utilized
Nurse to Patient Ratio Nights: Approximately 1:24 – 1:28
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to LTC and skilled nursing residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document resident conditions
Provide trach and vent care
Perform wound care and tube feed management
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
Support resident comfort and quality of care
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active LPN License required
Previous LTC or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Comfortable caring for trach, vent, wound care, and tube feed patients
Ability to work rotating night schedules
Must be willing to work every other weekend
Strong clinical and communication skills
Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
IV Certification preferred
LTAC experience preferred
Matrix Charting experience preferred
BLS Certification preferred
