Responsibilities:
Provide basic medical and nursing care to patients
Monitor patient health and administer basic patient care
Assist in maintaining patient records and performing administrative tasks
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Follow all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
Valid LPN license in the state of New York
Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
New graduates accepted at some facilities
