Position Title: LPN – LTC
Location: Stevens Point, WI 54481.
Duration: 8 weeks
Work Schedule: Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Hours: 36 Hours per Week (Guaranteed)
Pay rate: $45- $52hr ($1,620 - $1,872/wk)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidates will support residents' daily healthcare needs, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

  • Document nursing assessments, treatments, and patient care activities accurately.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain resident safety and comfort.

  • Qualifications

  • Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

  • Knowledge of medication administration, resident care, and nursing documentation.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.

  • Ability to work night shifts and provide compassionate care to residents.

  • Additional Information

  • Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week.

  • Scrub color exemptions are permitted.
