Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN - Dialysis for our client in Rochester, NY 14626 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LPN/LVN - Dialysis
Location: Rochester, NY 14626
Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour Day/Evening Shifts (5:30 AM–10:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide outpatient chronic and acute dialysis care.
Operate Fresenius dialysis machines.
Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
Perform AV fistula/graft cannulation and catheter care.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control protocols.
Float: Required to other dialysis locations.
Weekend: Rotating Saturdays

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

Active LPN/LVN License.
1+ year of Dialysis experience.
Fresenius experience required.
Current BLS (AHA) certification.
First-time travellers welcome.
EPIC is required.
