**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing healthcare services within a substance abuse treatment facility. **Qualifications:**
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience or strong interest in working in substance abuse treatment

**Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols in a substance abuse treatment setting
- Monitor patients' progress, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with facility policies
- Educate patients on substance abuse disorders, treatment options, and wellness strategies
