Role and Responsibilities:
As an LPN or Medical Assistant at Whole Self Wellness, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional care to our patients. Your superhero skills will include:
- Assisting in the delivery of integrative healthcare services under the supervision of healthcare providers.
- Conducting patient assessments and documenting vital signs and medical histories accurately.
- Administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
- Educating patients about wellness practices and managing chronic conditions.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and caring atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut or similar health care experience
- Medical Assistant or similar
- Previous experience in a primary care or integrative health setting preferred.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
