We're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) who enjoys educating patients, building relationships, and making a lasting impact on their health. What You'll Do


As a PAP Clinician, you'll play a critical role in helping patients successfully begin and maintain CPAP therapy.


Responsibilities include:

•  Educate patients on obstructive sleep apnea and PAP therapy. 
•  Set up CPAP, AutoPAP, BiPAP, and related equipment. 
•  Ensure proper mask fitting and patient comfort. 
•  Review physician orders and sleep study recommendations. 
•  Troubleshoot equipment and therapy-related concerns. 
•  Monitor patient compliance and provide follow-up coaching. 
•  Document patient interactions accurately within our electronic medical record. 
•  Communicate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral sources as needed. 
•  Assist patients with insurance, supplies, and replacement schedules. 
•  Maintain infection control standards and equipment quality. 
•  Participate in occasional on-call rotation. 

Qualifications


Required:

•  Current Idaho LPN or LVN license in good standing 
•  Excellent communication and patient education skills 
•  Strong organizational and computer skills 
•  Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team 
•  Compassionate, positive attitude with exceptional customer service 

Preferred (but not required):

•  Experience with CPAP or sleep medicine 
•  Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) 
•  Respiratory or pulmonary care experience 
•  Home health or patient education experience 
•  Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
